Turn-Around Management

The management of low yield respectively critical corporations faces the challenge to change course entirely in order to restore the profitability shortly. On this basis, the strategic course can be set to ensure long-term success.

Our consultants analyze your current situation and the development capacity of your corporation to work out a restructuring plan and return to normal operating conditions, profitability and growth. For this goal to happen, we implement immediate measures to reduce the costs and strengthen the liquidity as soon as possible. The measure packages of the rehabilitation concept are incorporated into the management tool with an expiry date and deadlines.

Within the framework of the liquidity management, we develop with you short-and medium term paying-in and paying-out schemes. We are supporting the purchasing while negotiating with the major suppliers in order to decrease the purchasing prices and improve the conditions of payment. For strengthening the distribution, we put the controlling of the area to the test and make further adjustments in controlling and remuneration, if necessary, to raise efficiency thereof. An analysis of the respective core processes shows possibly existing optimization potential.

Basically, controlling-tools are tested at each if the relevant information is meaningful and displayed immediately in the areas of responsibility from which the measures are then accordingly derived. Here, turn-around efforts have to be taken to enable and ensure the full support of the investors and a regular and meaningful reporting.

The entire project is clearly presented with a project structure and executed by highly qualified managers. The success control is taken regularly based on predefined KPI (Key performance indicators).
