We identify potential buyers (Long-list) and shorten this list according to your demands (Shortlist). We talk to the interested parties confidential and anonymous without naming the client, if desired, and analyze for you whether it makes sense to take the interested parties into the shortlist. We coordinate the continuous process and accompany the due diligence from seller side. For this purpose, we install the virtual data room and ensure the highest confidentiality of the company data.

If necessary, we assist the contract negotiations until the conclusion of the contract.
